Having read some of these negative reviews, I feel obligated to put in a good word for newelectronx. I order everything from gamebits to cable security tools from newelectronx. I have been a steady customer since its inception. Ordering is super easy and the site is very easy to to use. Their prices are low and the free shipping option and no tax make it even more of a bargain. The packaging is excellent and shipping is ridiculously fast. There are extensive records onsite of everything I have purchased and product reviews are very helpful. I have never had any problems whatsoever with ordering, delivery or returns. newelectronx saves me time, money and gas. I recommend the site unequivocally.

I was getting ready to order something online after looking at some rating web site for customer reviews about your company. I was surprised that newelectronx.com had some bad ratings on some other web site. Also found a company called newelectronix with an i – which is clearly not you guys. I know there is two sides to every story so I search more and found more ratings on eBay which were exceptional to say the least. Also saw ioffer and sell.com too – again the ratings were pretty good. I do a lot of shopping online and a lot of it is which reputable retailers. I don't usually take the time to write a review but now am thinking that I should consider doing that after each purchase. Each time I do business with newelectronx for CATV Security Tools your customer service takes care of me professionally, courteously, and quickly. I sent a few questions to you at your help desk and each time your people took immediate action to answer my questions and their service was extraordinary and above expectations. I do believe that newelectronx values their customers and I do trust newelectronx to take care of me. I will continue to shop at this trusted store. In fact I will be ordering 300 more pieces today.
