newelectronx not only has the best prices and selection of CATV security cable tools of any online cable tools merchant I've shopped with, but also the best amongst most real-world stores I've dealt with. The sole exception is in cable tool items, in which case their prices can be quite variable (especially hard to find cable tools which tend to be through cable company sales only who charge painful rates for lower quality tools). I seem to almost always be better off, in terms of availability and price, going to newelectronx than to the nearest mall, even considering sales and specialty.

There are FEW companies that stand behind what they sell and make fantastic flower wrenches for cable boxes. I'm super confident buying my cable tools here -- and that's saying a lot.

We've been Newelectronx customers for years and have never had a problem. In fact, they are 5 star compared with anyone else we've used via the net. We currently buy 4, 5, 6, and 8 point star CATV cable pedestal security access tools and keys in bulk of 500 plus pieces among other things from Newelectronx. There have been very few problems and those were handled promptly. Newelectronx staff has been professional and friendly. The speed of delivery is amazing. If there's a problem with the quality of the product, even those coming from refurbished, clearance, or sale items, they take care of the issue immediately. We also appreciate their policy of contacting us if they have a problem filling our order on time. We're more than pleased with this company.

I have been shopping at Newelectronx for some time - more than seven years - and I have to admit it is my favorite online store at this time. Over the course of the past several years I have purchased everything from Tristar MX Nano Cable Box to Tristar MX DVR to Test Chips and Double Sided Tape - and even CATV Security Tools!! I believe the selection of items is unmatched by any other online venue and my confidence in the quality of the products is very high. I have never had a problem returning merchandise that was for whatever reason not as expected, and I have never had a problem with any order that was not immediately addressed or resolved by customer service. One time I ordered a Super J 5 Wire and although it showed as in-stock it shipped two weeks after it was supposed to. Newelectronx credited me $8.25 for the shipping I paid, and I was happy with the solution. Any time I am going to buy something online, I go to newelectronx.com first to research costs and options, as the Newelectronx product search is outstanding. Even when I do not intend to purchase at newelectronx.com, I use the search feature as the first step in my product research. I kind of use the Newelectronx prices as a base to compare other stores too, and sometimes I will still purchase from Newelectronx even if it is a little more expensive because I know I am going to have a good shopping experience. I have nothing negative really to say about newelectronx.com, I 100% trust this store and would not hesitate to buy anything here in the future
