  We stand behind our products at Newelectronx, and will gladly accept merchandise returns subject to the guidelines outlined in our company policy. At our discretion, your product may qualify for refund of payment, coupon credit, repair, replacement, discount on future purchases, or exchange. We will replace the product, exchange the product, or refund your payment according to our company policy.
 
  1. Contact the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Department at the Customer Service Helpdesk and request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which will be valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
  2. The RMA department will give specific information on how you should return the received goods back to Newelectronx.
Important Note:
  1. Certain products may not be classified as returnable goods. Consult our company policy prior to returning any products and re-read the special requirements that apply to return material authorization (RMA). If you are unsure of how to handle returned products or have questions involving returned products, please contact our RMA Department at the Helpdesk for information.
  2. Parcels received by Newelectronx without an RMA number may be returned to you COD for freight charges incurred or held for processing until it has been determined that the return was made for justifiable reasons.
  3. Restocking charge will be imposed on returns. Restocking charges will be imposed on parcels returned due to customer error. Refer to our company policy for restocking charge amounts.
  4. Products must be returned with all accessories enclosed in the original packaging, unless specified otherwise.
  5. To receive a credit or refund, products must be returned within 90 days. Incorrect orders must be reported within 45 days.
  6. A 90-day warranty is available for product replacements unless otherwise stated in our company policy.
