Overall very good service. Only issues are with back orders. At times they do not have all of the items in stock, but they will send them when they have them. Customer service over the phone does not exist but is via email. They are good at responding by email within a day or sooner. For three different orders they shipped the items out quickly and efficiently. Much better than similar sites and this is the site I keep returning to for vcr chips. I recommend using this site.

i purchased both bits: 3.8mm gamebit and 4.5mm gamebit. each has very good quality and work perfectly for me to replace batteries: for NES Games, SNES Games, Sega Master System Games, and Genesis Games. 3.8mm bit is for all games EXCEPT Genesis games, which take a 4.5mm bit.

This tool is a engineering marvel! it's swivel handle along with it's polished finish, make for a great necklace. Kinda like Mr T, but this one has a function.
