OMG! This was absolutely, positively the BEST online buying experience I have ever had when dealing with customer service. I have had lots of no-hassle orders that just show up, but the true measure of a company is when something goes wrong. In this case, I ordered about $1K worth of Nintendo gamebit screwdrivers. It shipped free. When it arrived, UPS had so demolished the box that they replaced the box. When it was delivered, they did not tell us it had been replaced. When I got home and opened the box I noticed that the label on the box was cut from another box and taped to the replacement box the Nintendo screwdrivers was delivered in. I called UPS and told them they had deceitfully exchanged boxes and thereby denied me the opportunity to reject the package. I mean, over 900 Nintendo screwdrivers dropped 30 ft from a conveyor could really cause some of the bits to be lost. They wouldn't take responsibility for the package because it had been signed for and I opened it and said I had to complain to Newelectronx. blood pressure high, I contacted Newelectronx. Newelectronx not only agreed to help me resolve this issue with UPS. They had it resolved over night and I got the missing gamebits back from newelectronx!!! WOW!!!! If you buy directly from Newelectronx, you are taken care of!!!

We would appreciate the ability to contact you on more than one subject at a time without having to wait 72 hours for a reply on the first matter. In our case, we sent an email asking when bit handles would be back in stock. We also wanted to send an email asking why our order 12048 that was paid for on the 17th, is still in packing as of the 20th, when you promise 24 hour shipping on most orders, and to know when it is expected to ship. But alas, you will only allow us one email to you until you've responded to the first, and you give yourselves 3 days to answer that one. Very frustrating. I wish there was another way to contact you, but you force us to leave this feedback.

I must be honest in my rating, I was browsing the net trying to find a stand-alone gps running the iGO Amigo, and I came across this website selling your Multimedia GPS. I was really skeptical to-the-fact that your device looks a little too good to be true, because i could not find a price lower on amazon or eBay ?? (confusing) - right...? I wanted a GPS so bad that I took a chance and ordered your GPS. Boy am I relieved that your company is more honest than you present yourself to be. In fact the GPS is so impressive and so full of quality and your customer service is so full of support that I am going to get 2 more. Thanks for all your help and I am happy that this was not a scam. :-)

We own a major recycling company and we used to order these bits from a competitor that we thought was the best because their name and well know reputation in the market, but after testing your bits we can see that you cannot judge a company from its size. your 22-1145 3.8mm security bit drivers are by far the best on the market. well designed and strong.
