I ordered the 100pcs Security bit set THINKING the gamebits would be INCLUDED in the set, but OH NO, I HAD to get the 105 PCS set (OF COURSE) to get that although the way the description was written, was that the 100pcs set would have them included. So, I emailed the sales and proved how the site was written and it been NOTHING BUT AN ARGUMENT with them, the sales team are nothing but a bunch of A**HOLES, and they talked down to me like I'm a child, but of course there's no number or REGULAR EMAIL ADDRESS to contact them with and I'm limited on the amount of characters I write to them. I don't think the company itself is bad, but a few rotten apples can ruin the bunch.
