What a lovely amount of tools package into one set. Probably more line head insert bits which probably won't get much use, none the less one of the most complete kits I have come across. Thank you for price matching another price to provide me with the lowest price. Very happy so far with the purchase, customer care, and the durability of the bits.

The product is fine. The 1st time I ordered, I ordered 12 items thru regular mail. It was a nightmare and took about 10 emails, to which I received automated responses. No human would call or interact with me, which really pissed me off. I eventually got the tools a month later. The second time (recently), I ordered and paid for 2nd day air service. I got the tools in 4 days. The tools are fine. The customer service sucks. Plain and simple.
