there is nothing more important than the fall protective device and gaff. when you get up there & there isn't any squire on the main line and forward signal reads a problem. time to go up in the bucket. some time those fiber station or nodes need a signal check to see what they look like. found a problem between two amplifiers after walking it out it with a leakage detector. turns out back at the customers tap there were loose main line connections back pass the two amplifiers and everything looks good now on the meters. time to reback the customers drop. another successful service call thanks to the right tools and keys.

when my capresso went on the fritz last week i was worried for dear life. my first thought was o gosh, my warrant is out. took it down to the local repair coffee man and he said it'd be $120 just to take a look at it and extra for part. horrified, i ask a few friends if they had tools to open it, cuz i figured i'd try my hand at it myself. couldn't be too hard, right? actually it wasn't. looking for repairing toolkit for capresso coffee was hard. once i got it open i replaced two yellow capacitors and just like that i'm back to my morning joy! thanks you guys for the fast shipping and not charging me $120 for $2 fix.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the handle of the screwdriver doesn't have a place in the box. So now I have the box with all the different screws but the handle is just laying around with no place to properly store it. Other than that, fast shipping, well protected and looks like nice quality.

replaced a stolen ripley gilbert plunger type that had a corning gilbert ns6270. this one took a bit of getting used to, but boy does it open those terminators. works smoothly once you get used to it. fits in my bag and in my pocket.

visited the website for 2 weeks product was still out of stock. used the web form to speak with someone about this. kim from sales dept. set up a special order for me. parts were made in 2 weeks. got the order 3 days thereafter. my only complaint is that these should be ready to order when i want to order, not 2 weeks and 3 days out. other than that small caveat i'm satisfied with the way things turned out.

upgraded to a 1TB. this is a necessary replacement part required on the DVR, be sure to get more than one for servicing the hard drive or if you change it to higher memory. worth the price.

I have been satisfied with the F81 lock installation tool I have bought, trying to access the dish switch inside the cable box without it only caused the lock to spin. good quality and it seem to be identical to what the Sat installer used to lock the box.

without this special screwdriver i would have been able to replace the smaller hard drive on a starchoice dsr530 hard drive with a bigger one. the tool box has the motorola driver bit to take apart the box. it also has the rubber plastic that breaks when you remove the lid. once you have the screwdriver and special tools, All there is to do is to just unscrew security screw to remove the casing. Find the hard drive and unscrew the heat sink that keep it cool. the screw for mine were on the sides and there are more screws on the bottom to remove drive altogether. I found everything I needed in the black tool box case. the t-handle helped me add a little force to remove the heat sink because there seemed to be some glue or something on there. the only thing i had to order separately is the tamper stickers. i'd like to see them in the tool box since you have the tamper clips in there. otherwise, i am happy with everything. fast shipping and good csr.
