Could not be more pleased with this shopping experience. I ordered three Shouldered Star Lock Key 6 Sided Star CATV Open Tool on 4/23/09. I was happy because I work in the cable industry and these tools are hard to find, and if you actually find pedestal tools they cost a fortune. I received an email that day to confirm my order; the next day another email came to tell me that my order had been packed and shipped; the email included UPS tracking info, which was very helpful. I could easily monitor the package directly from Newelectronx web site. My order was shipped on 4/24 and I received it on 4/30. SIX DAYS! The Shouldered Star Lock Key 6 Sided Star CATV Open Tool is top quality, it works great, the metal is extra hardened and obviously made in the USA. It took less than a week to get these cable television tools; it was well worth the wait. I will definitely order from newelectronx.com again. If my future shopping experiences are like my first one, I will be very happy. In fact, I would be willing to give a donation or tip each time the service is this good!

Why is the Avenger MX not in stock to date, my customers demand quality and I need to order this item from you now. I will refuse to order other cheap video cards from other companies. So please get them back in stock. I respect your product and quality.

I receive your Avenger MX 2005 and I did not receive the quality picture that I expected. However, assembling it into my friends house it worked perfectly. The quality is amazing, it just lets you know that sometimes it’s the area not the product or the company. Find that the super j work better with modelo cft-2254/m10. Thank you for your patience and help on this solution, your tech department is great and tell them that too.
