Still waiting to receive my locking terminator CATV security cable box key tool. I had ordered and paid for it online back in June 8,2013. USPS tracking said it was in their sorting facility on June 13 2013 now its mid July. Why is is it taking so long.I had emailed a request today July 19. Hope to hear from you asap or I am out of $25 US dollars.

I recently purchased this in hopes of repairing my Virtual boy, unfortunately when this tool arrived, the bit I actually needed was of poor quality and looks like it had been previously stripped. When I went to take the security screws out of the machine I found that because the bit looked like it was stripped inside every screw I tried to remove was being stripped as I put pressure on to remove them. That being said I gave this 2 stars instead of one because the rest of the tool seems like good quality, it's just unfortunate that the one I needed was not.

This is a fantastic bit, but it is the wrong size for Sega Genesis cartridges which was the whole purpose for my purchase. 5/5 for the quality of the bit. 0/5 for opening Sega Genesis cartridges.

End of tool was not secured to shaft correctly and spun when trying to twist the Cam bolt. A set of pliers on the end to turn, solved the problem but it would have been nice to use the screwdriver bit end in a screwdriver as it was meant to be used.

Do NOT use postal shipping. Seller ships the product out with an estimated arrival of 10 days. They didn't come and its been 11 days. I checked the tracking number this morning, said postal usps says were out on mail truck for delivery today. The mail has come and nothing for me. I am home during the day, no knock at the door, no notice, they usually just leave the box on a stand by my frontdoor anyways. I have lived here for 4 years, and have never had problems with any boxes being stolen, besides I have some really nosey neighbors who look out for me anyways. Checked the tracking number and box was misdelivered. Finally it came after 15 days. I have ordered here before and shipping was much faster. Product is great, but my advise to anyone is pay the extra cost and get UPS shipping because sometimes postal mail sucks!

Hi customer Care I am a little confuse right now, this is my 3rd  r 4th  order for some Pioneer Ultimate chip, now I am ready to make another order and I am unable to find it on your website. I try signing in an I am unable to log in. Is there something wrong with your website i send message stating my situation an still waiting on a reply could you please tell me whats the problem with the website.

on a daily, i'm connecting and disconnecting f-connectors, taps, and filters. most of the time i'm inside pedestals and other times up a telephone pole or some other restricted area. some enclosures have been cranked tightly by the strength of Zeus and full metal 8 point slam key and 6 point pedestal key is the only way to get them open. if the lock is moderately tightened you could use the 8 point pedestal keys in standard screwdriver mode, but when they are cranked on I like to use the t-handle position for extra needed torque. this is much stronger. solidly built. can't ask for better than this. no plastic - all metal.

pro: tool works great in the field. does not strip after many uses. fits pedestals perfectly. customer service is responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. con: i couldn't buy more than 10 because they only had 9 in stock. had to make a second order 3 days later when they had the 100 pieces I needed urgently.

It would be nice if your website was a little more user friendly.

I just wanted to say the credit card security is too high for checkout. ordering at first was awful until i contacted customer service. they explained that security has to be high to ward off fraud. i'm the secretary at a small family owned telephone company that provides independent telecommunication. luckily I was able to get a copy of the credit card invoice to copy the right address into the web form, otherwise the fiber network guys wouldn't have been able to know that your cable screwdrivers are very helpful.
