Love the products! Have made two or three bulk purchases so far and the products seem to be high quality and my customers seem to be happy with them as well. That said, the shipping time and shipping costs need a little work. It takes far too long to receive an order. Each order I have placed takes longer than any other vendor we deal with. And the shipping rates are way too high. Charging almost $30 to ship a zip-lock bag of bits via Priority Mail is outrageous. I purchased a cable tv lock removal tool. Particularly needed the one to remove f81 traps for my job. Never considered using this type of cable tool before, most of the ones I own don't allow the handle to come off. Next morning at work I used it a few times to install and remove f81 filters and traps to activate and deactivate customer service lines. I had no problems at all using it without a handle. I had a hard to reach place that needed a little extra length, so I used my extension screwdriver handle from my tool pouch and connected it to the terminator cable tool. The results were unbelievable - reached and removed the f81 trap. Not bad! I'm satisfied with the cable tool and level of customer service that you provided to me on this order. Thanks Newelectronx!

have you tried looking for a good price on a channel 03009276? well i did! and i think i foudn it - the delivery time was stated for up to two weeks and it was here in two days, not bad for heavy internet searching. i guess good deals are always hard to find.

Requiring a long gilbert locking terminator to perform a job. We sought out to find one on the internet. It seems the closes you can come to long is the 7" gilbert locking terminator which we have plenty of. Unfortunately they can't reach as far as we need. So, we ordered this cable tool and put him on a 10" screwdriver and it performed flawless. This is our weird story of this terminator.

was watching allot of youtube lately trying to learn the secret to Cleaning NES Cartridge Game Contacts to force em to play again. allot of people use wd-40, but i tried out what the youtube recommended. electrical contact cleaner and of course this tool set. i picked up an order of the nintendo screwdrivers here and got the electrical contact cleaner at my local electronic store. i wish the local store had both items that i needed. i like the way the tool open the cartridges but the strong smell and fumes from the cleaner may be a little to much. next time i'll use something else even though i feel that contact cleaner does an amazing job.

I placed my order during the weekend on Sunday to be exact, so I knew I'd have to wait until Monday for it to be processed or even looked at. It shipped out on Monday via USPS free shipment option, and I had it by noon on Wednesday afternoon when the postal lady came to the door and delivered it to my doorstep. Price for my item was quite reasonable - fact the lowest I could find on the internet, and I also had the benefit of price matching the item if I found a lower price. Online store staff informed me about the price matching - how cool is that. Even though I was already saving money, they told me how to save more! I've ordered from Newelectronx for seven months, and their customer support has been wonderfully efficient. Replacement under warranty was hassle free. To bad their stock is limited on some other stuff I buy, because if it wasn't this would be the first place I looked to buy (hint hint wink wink).

I ordered a Motorola DCT cable tool for my digital DCT cable box. I am very happy with the product and received it within a couple days. Would use them again!

I mod and repair Jerrold, General Instrument - DP5, DP7, DPV7, CFT, DCT, and DPBB model cable boxes. We call this tool a J-Tool, so I was hard pressed to find it called something else like a gamebit. Needless to say this tool or "J-Tool" works well when applying a little pressure to the Linehead 3 security screws on the cable box system zero security screw heads. If you are a modder like me and can't find this tool, then read my review because this is the tool needed to remove the special tamper screws on DP5 to CFT and DCT cable boxes.

Purchase very easy.
