Purchased my first name brand coffee maker 3 years ago. It stopped working. So I purchased a second Jura, again it stopped working at about 2.5 years. Was shopping for a espresso maker when I read a blog about Repairing a Jura Nespresso Machine. It turns out I had the same problem as something I read. There is a thermal temperature sensor screwed into the heating element. It was defective and not detecting the right temperature. After replacing them I put the Jura back together and it worked. I saved allot of money $$$$. It was that easy. I fished the other Jura out of storage and I am hoping it will have the same problem. So I can fix it quickly. Thank you for the great tool set with the right Oval screwdriver - without it this repair would not be possible. I Am now brewing on the repaired Jura while working on my second repair.

for cable tools, we got the motorola cable tv key. without the tool i couldn't repair dct 6412. also i picked up at few plastic fitting for the dct 6416, dct 3416, DCX 3400, and dcx3510. would love to business again in the future because my order arrived as described. all pieces and plastic were brand new - no field pulls

the 8 point star lock tool is amazing. i wish i had known about you guys a few years back. i was a bit surprised at how nicely the 8 point slips nicely over the lock. had my pedestal lock open in a minute or less.

I have a DeLonghi Nespresso Maestria that leaked water all over the counter. I would have returned the machine, but its out of warranty. I used this screwdriver set to help me pry off the cover. I found the leak. It was at a high pressure connector - replace the o ring on the outside side the connector - that's where the leak was. I used the oval size to get into the machine and then I used it to close it up.
