was not disappointed with the delivery time. items got here fast. was not disappointed by the quality of the item. items is as described. sure there are cheaper ones that you could buy, but i don't like cheap. i like to buy once and that's it. i'm not trying to spend repeated money on the same thing, and that's what i think i got with with this buy. going great up until now.

Krups XN2125 would run water for a few seconds. could not program time. finally stop working on start-up. light blinking normally at warm-up then quick blinking. hesitant to send to authorized Nespresso service. Opened the XN2125, realized two MKP X2 capacitors needed replacing. Was able to get the weird screws off the coffee machine and put it all back together before the wife came home notice it in pieces. i was searching for an automatic coffee maker screwdriver kit to repair a broken coffee maker. in the process i actually developed a sort of cool factor. i guess like me, noone owns a tool box like this. so all of the sudden i'm the important person in the room. since arrival my coffee machine is working to perfection. so is my neighbors, sister, brother, grand parents... the list keeps going. thanks for sending it out fast, at first purchase i was only buying for myself, didn't know it would turn into a thing. super great product.

Customer service is amazing and I think this is most important. You don't have to be fearful that if you ask about a can wrench for comcast and wonder if you'll receive a reply. fearing i would get the wrong star key, have a bad experience and be out of my money wasn't a big deal after speaking with someone. reply messages says someone will be in touch in 72 hours. it only took minutes to get a reply. i think they should change that... They are so easy to work with to make sure you get the right slam lock key. That alone makes them worth a try. would buy here again, definitely!

We have got about 5 different star keys and slam locks for our underground ped boxes, it's annoying when you have to go find the right key for one. fortunately, we got at least 4 of them in one set. far better quality tool, the tips are strong and don't burn out quickly. All of our other peds are a hex key, as well as the telco - so i'll be back to make another order. thanks for the fast shipping. A plus job.

the motorola dct has those tapered torx nuts like the old CFT2014 V5 from jerrold. i found this tool box took them off without issues. also the extra protection tabs are great to have around to replace the plastic piece when screwing everything back together. I am very much satisfied with all services.

i would have to say you ppl gave amazing service to me. it was so different from any other experience that i had to tell a few friends about you guys. first of all, i receive a discount on shipping for sign up for a membership account. the discount was practically 35% off or so, or something along those lines. i then got another discount off the sale when i used a coupon retro gamers. never seen that before. normally you have to spend a certain amount to get free shipping. impressive you guys. then there is more discounts for leaving feedback. i'm going to send this coupon to a friend of mine. since i won't be using it. lastly, the tool box is amazing! it has more special screwdrivers in it than i care to use. eventually i'll get around to it, but for now i'm in love with repairing my games. one of the best companies i have experienced so far this year. good job!
