newelectronx not only has the best prices and selection of CATV security cable tools of any online cable tools merchant I've shopped with, but also the best amongst most real-world stores I've dealt with. The sole exception is in cable tool items, in which case their prices can be quite variable (especially hard to find cable tools which tend to be through cable company sales only who charge painful rates for lower quality tools). I seem to almost always be better off, in terms of availability and price, going to newelectronx than to the nearest mall, even considering sales and specialty.

As far as speed, newelectronx's free shipping is more often than not faster than they claim it to be! They tell you that free shipping might take 7-13 business days. Got my stuff in 2 days with first class mail!

I'm from Brazil and here we get many cheap products that fail to work after many days. Old gamebits will have a big error after use. The teeth of the tool would wear down and then you cannot use it again. Also the tool is too big for the cartridge, but not with the gamebit #6 and #8. This is the best one on the market. Good price, fast shipping - even to Brazil only 6 days, and most of all GOOD QUALITY GAMEBIT opens all nes.

I’ve been using cable security tools for years and been working as a cable tv engineer for longer. I must leave this feedback and say that this is the only company that fabricates these keys best. What I mean is that newelectronx takes into consideration the wear and tear that is put on the locks that these keys are use to open, such as rust, dirt, and abuse by the people opening pedestal locks who have no business being in the cable secure boxes. I am living proof that newelectronx keys will outperform, last longer, and fit better than any cable security tool on the market.

NewElectronX’s shipping services, far from being slow and inefficient, are among the best I've ever used. I used them all FedEx, USPS, and Ups. It's amazing that they can still offer free shipping in the current economy and with current fuel prices. True, there are some caveats. Some items (mostly heavy or bulky items) are not eligible for free shipping. Some other web site sellers who sell online will charge shipping (sometimes fairly HIGH shipping). This is especially true of specialty sellers, such as those that deal in imported cable tools – all of newlectronx cable tools are made in the USA. But it's not that hard to follow, really. Newelectronx’s storefront interface is one of the best out there. I find it fairly intuitive and very user-friendly. Shipping charges are laid out clearly enough so that, unless you are oblivious, you'll know what is and is not going to cost you S&H. Stick to items are eligible for shipping and you'll love the service. Lastly, there is NO purchase minimum to free shipping, which is not only reasonable, but very low compared to most other places.
