Could not be more pleased with this shopping experience. I ordered three Shouldered Star Lock Key 6 Sided Star CATV Open Tool on 4/23/09. I was happy because I work in the cable industry and these tools are hard to find, and if you actually find pedestal tools they cost a fortune. I received an email that day to confirm my order; the next day another email came to tell me that my order had been packed and shipped; the email included UPS tracking info, which was very helpful. I could easily monitor the package directly from Newelectronx web site. My order was shipped on 4/24 and I received it on 4/30. SIX DAYS! The Shouldered Star Lock Key 6 Sided Star CATV Open Tool is top quality, it works great, the metal is extra hardened and obviously made in the USA. It took less than a week to get these cable television tools; it was well worth the wait. I will definitely order from newelectronx.com again. If my future shopping experiences are like my first one, I will be very happy. In fact, I would be willing to give a donation or tip each time the service is this good!

I was initially looking for the s crewdriver type gamebit, but couldn’t find any on the market. So I took a chance on buying these gamebits here. I have to say these are the first bits not screwdriver that I have found that will open everything they claim. These newelectronx gamebits fit in the screw shaft of pce super cd rom2, no other so called gamebit will fit in the screw shaft – but this one.

I call this tool a GGTT7, thats just how i learnt it on the job. Any ways i must say it is great quality. newelectronx is the best that ever did it.

I have used the cheapest price shipping service and still got the package quickly. funny quick story, i've used the 4.6 mm to remove a shell off the dct2224 motorola set top box. cool eh?

Works great, the pedestal access key is designed accurately to fit the pedestal lock. The 1/4 inch shaft fits perfectly in my screwdriver handle. I like the fact that you can use your own screwdriver. This sure beats using awful screwdriver handles that hurt your hands. Didn't see the set that you offer when I first ordered so since I like the tool so much I think I will buy the entire set. You never know what your going to need when you are working.
