This tool works great on all my old NES games. I had purchased a similar bit from another online retailer, and the bit turned out to be junk. It stripped out with practically no effort, making it nearly impossible to remove the security screws from NES cartridges. I wish I had found this deal on newelectronx.com sooner--this one works perfectly every time!

The TriStar MX Cable Box arrived with this morning’s mail. It not only looks terrific, it arrived running and set to the correct parameters. It was completely plug and play. The people I've shown it to are quite pleased with it. It's installed in our family room and we use the parental control feature to keep the children from watching certain channels.

This is the one you need for the NES and SNES cartridges. I bought this and it works great. Now I have many carts that had dead batteries that work and save once again, all thanks to the gamebit - some electrical tape and CR2032 batteries!
