It would be nice if your website was a little more user friendly.

I ordered a few pieces for a huge cabling project we had going in another county outside where our office is located. i got the tools shipped directly to my site with simple first class mail with the post office. not only that, my tools didn't arrive as advertised. they arrived better than advertised. literary the actual product is better than the pictures on the websites. you wouldn't know it by just looking. any ways, the project went well for many reasons and one of them is because we got our tools on time. great work people - all the way from sales to shipping.

i didn't know how to take apart jura impressa. i need to clean Moulds and fungus growth in the milk container department and reset the cup count among a few other house cleaning and repair issues. anyways i ordered this tool kit and found what i need to take the machine apart without any issues.

Tried to buy some of these tools in a convenient store and haven't seen better quality in the tools. Super durable and does not break! Happy with choosing this company with buying the tools I need to get any job done.

the problem started off and on about a few weeks ago. my Capresso LCD stays on displaying that Hot water cycle necessary - needs attention? it would not make coffee. the only thing i could get out of it was a drop of clear water and air. i bought these tools to get pass this brewing stage. this tool set is awesome it had everything i would ever want to dismantle a C1300. once i opened the side panels of the jura machine i could see air pockets in the water line. seemed like the air bubbles were coming from the solenoid through the heater block. i opened the hot water tap, making sure to remove the end of water line connecting directly to the solenoid and heater block. at the solenoid portion of the water line is where i bleed air out. following the air was calcium deposits, coffee brew grounds, and a bit of sludge. putting the machine back together with the screwdriver set i replaced the oval head screws on the back. powered the jura up and ran a few descales. after that i brewed up a few cups and fine tasting espressos.

this tool to removed all of the jura special screws, it does what it says. and the extra drivers are a bonus. :)
