fortunately i had a good experience. the shipping was faster than expected. spoke to customer service. the website said they would respond in 24 to 72 hours, i got a reply in minutes. packaging was great - safe and sturdy. not much i can say bad about the product. all the bits work & fit handle/driver and fasteners like it should. magnetized is a plus! 5 stars!

normally i prefer to use sstl-s security sleeve tools on the go, but decided to pick up a few cable tv catv security shields so that my crew and I could install/remove filter and traps. what do you know, it turned out to be a good buy. saved some money. shipping was very fast and tools came as described.

The cabinets are located on the side of the buildings and house hardline taps and splitters near school Apartments of a University. The key I have on hand is LB CHANNELL COMMERCIAL CORPORATION it didn't quite fit. it chewed up the end-face each time tried and i couldn't continue. I'm a Field Service Representative for Telecom so i was happy to finally find and order this tool. it is the right fit. while the other key fits cabinets at our other locations, this is the right one for this place.

Wish the shipping to Canada was free. Sort of killed the GREAT deal I was getting and just made it meh. I would be interested in buying a few of these kits to be resold though, you said you offer free shipping to wholesalers? How many units would I need to purchase to qualify for this?
