Customer Service is good, and the Rogers Cable Terminator tool is good to remove those bullet stylel catv pedestal locks. The disadvantage is that the store is located in USA and it took me about 4 and half days to receive my rogers terminator tool, but the quality is better than expected.

Just ordered it, got it in the mail about 3 days later. It is not a bad tool, but what I especially like about it is that you don't need a handle to use it. You can just turn it and open the f81 taps easily.

This is a great product AAA. I had trouble opening the box. If you are expiring the same thing. Pull the hinges in and then insert the tool in. Turn the Tool clockwise rather then counter clock till u cannot turn no more. Once it locks. Turn it anticlockwise and it should be off
