Was searching for a good online store to buy a GPS, and Newelectronx is it! I am pleased with the quality of their products, and the free shipping.

Overall, I am very happy with this product.

If you have never used a GPS, trust me, you have to have text-to-speech. This GPS eliminates the frustration of urban driving and having the non text-to-speech units tell you to turn right in 100 feet, only to find two roads that are 100 feet away and have to pick one and hope it is right. For the most part it is pretty clear and very easy to understand. It says a few streets funny, but its a computer - after. I would give this GPS a 4 for all the features that it has and the great price

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, when I first got my IGO Amigo Gps, it would not even find the first address in a little town of 45,000 people that I put in it, the third week I had it, The left Arrow on the bottom that takes you back, started malfunctioning and would not work, I asked the company for a RMA # to send it back for a refund, they okayed it, but when I sent it back, exactly the way they requested I do that, they would not accept it, so the postal department sent back to me, I have all the proof and it's a matter of record through the postal department, then they wrote me later on and said they were going to close the account out, or that certain ticket whatever you want to call it, so I answered the ticket and told them just what I'm telling here now, they said that was some serious accusations and they did not believe it, but as a matter of record I did send them to proof. Now they have gave me a second RMA # to send it back the second time, and they said they have received it on November 23 which is about seven weeks ago, they have not answered or give me a refund since admitting they have received it back. I have all the proof from copying all the e-mails between the both of us,here is their e-mail from November 23 admitting they got my item back the GPS and they have not got any proof to show they have give me a refund yet seven weeks later, and not only that I have opened up two new tickets for them to show them that I have a new e-mail address that they have to contact me with now which is,l.williams1945@sbcglobal.net plus I check my tickets two and three times every day to see if they'd been answered and they have not, plus a 25% restocking fee is ridiculous. So would you please give me my money back, I bought this GPS because I found out I had cancer and I needed directions to get around San Francisco for my surgeries, I've had plenty of surgeries but no GPS thanks to this company, this is another reason I did not have time to keep contacting you, sometimes you took five days to answer my e-mails, I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason to buy anything. we will see how honest you are in posting this, and I am going to send this to the district attorney next, if I do not get my refund very very soon. What i do??? i can not buy, i need help.

I have never...EVER encountered a company that was so uninterested in doing business with it's customers.  Instead of handling their own financial transactions they go through Moneybookers who make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to actually give them money so I can buy a product.  Let me repeat that...a business that makes it IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE MONEY.  I tried jumping through hoop after hoop after hoop to purchase a simple $15.71 screw driver only to have it boil down to two main options:  one was to get my credit card verified by having a security code sent via text message to my phone...but get this...it's an international text I supposedly can't receive.  Wait a tick...other people at work AND Google Voice can't receive this mystery text either.  The other option I THINK might work is if I go to my bank and pay them $20 or $25 to WIRE them the $15.71....so if THAT is what I need to do I'll end up paying more to GET them the money than I would be paying for the product itself.  Then I tried calling MB's support and got some offshore representative who gave me that generic line about the text message being an international text and that it was why I couldn't receive it.  So when I turned around and tried to contact NewElectronx about this, whether to complain or plead with them for some OTHER way to pay for this item (again...the reluctance to take money astounds me from a customer point of view), I only get this kind of response.

Good grief. Newelectronx is NOT a scam or crooks! If you look at any of the stuff that says they are a scam, its probably one of those rating websites that charge merchants a fee to remove bad rating from the website. Or it could be one person asking the question, and then countless people referencing it again. I have been a customer here for like 6 years. The main product I order is the gamebit for reselling purposes. Since I am a gamer and company owner I also use the GPS in my car to travel and the HD PVR with Xbox 360. All Newelectronx does is make good products, or for that matter, good quality products at wholesale cost. These are products that I’ve sold to my customers for years. Newelectronx does NOT tolerate scams from customers so of course they will report you if you use a fraudulent credit card. I would too, if you tried to order from company. Newelectronx simply enables those with a small business or those with one time customers with a limited spending budget to buy topnotch products that big companies sell at a fraction of the cost. As a matter of fact, I would like to see more people who buy their tools and electronics leave some feedback instead of waiting until a problem happens and then leave some negative response.

I recently purchased a GPS, due to fedex screwed up it took a bit longer to deliver BUT Newelectronx customer support was fantastic, kept contact by email, I made payment thru Paypal and there was no problem what so ever. now I have the GPS and couldn't be more happier. I tell you guys whoever reads this if you need a GPS or anything from their catalog I'm sure Newelectronx will be more than willing to be helpful. I know I will be back.
