I have ordered for here before and always had a positive experiance.

We would appreciate the ability to contact you on more than one subject at a time without having to wait 72 hours for a reply on the first matter. In our case, we sent an email asking when bit handles would be back in stock. We also wanted to send an email asking why our order 12048 that was paid for on the 17th, is still in packing as of the 20th, when you promise 24 hour shipping on most orders, and to know when it is expected to ship. But alas, you will only allow us one email to you until you've responded to the first, and you give yourselves 3 days to answer that one. Very frustrating. I wish there was another way to contact you, but you force us to leave this feedback.

OMG! This was absolutely, positively the BEST online buying experience I have ever had when dealing with customer service. I have had lots of no-hassle orders that just show up, but the true measure of a company is when something goes wrong. In this case, I ordered about $1K worth of Nintendo gamebit screwdrivers. It shipped free. When it arrived, UPS had so demolished the box that they replaced the box. When it was delivered, they did not tell us it had been replaced. When I got home and opened the box I noticed that the label on the box was cut from another box and taped to the replacement box the Nintendo screwdrivers was delivered in. I called UPS and told them they had deceitfully exchanged boxes and thereby denied me the opportunity to reject the package. I mean, over 900 Nintendo screwdrivers dropped 30 ft from a conveyor could really cause some of the bits to be lost. They wouldn't take responsibility for the package because it had been signed for and I opened it and said I had to complain to Newelectronx. blood pressure high, I contacted Newelectronx. Newelectronx not only agreed to help me resolve this issue with UPS. They had it resolved over night and I got the missing gamebits back from newelectronx!!! WOW!!!! If you buy directly from Newelectronx, you are taken care of!!!

Sometimes buying directly from the manufacture is difficult, but admittedly I *love* newelectronx. Over the years, there was only one mishap out of dozens of orders, and they were prompt to fix their mistake, on their dime, and even give a discount on the next purchase. Thank goodness for newelectronx, it's an online merchants dream come true!

living in fullerton cali, i was wondering - how can i remove a locking terminator from a cable box in my apartment condo complex. timewarner is was taking to long to fix a simple cable problem, so i found that a filter was installed on my incoming cable line on accident. you have to love those cable guys right? they installed a filter on my paying line, anyways this tool made it to me before the cable guy did and i think i'll keep it in case this happens again.
