contacted customer service because i needed to know if their 8 point tool that i found on their website would fit a security bolt that we were finding on the boxes at our site. through our conversation i sent over some photos of the security bolt i wanted to open up on the cabinet. i explained that we had been fighting the fiber telecom cabinet for days. we tried various tools like the CHANNELL COMMERCIAL CORPORATION which has a similar pattern but not really the right bolt. actually it was chewing up the CHANNELL COMMERCIAL CORPORATION wrench and the bolt on the cabinet. it was very important to get the cabinets open for a site survey to replace all equipment in our competitors area to take over the contract. based on little information and photo customer service was able to help me find the cable LB1-8 star key for my area. with standard base shipping, the cheapest, the package arrived fast. i notice that they even shipped it out the same day as our conversation. i would have no problem choosing to shop here again.
