Round shape and star shaped on the outside of the torx screws were on my Cogeco box. Got the screws off my Cogeco DVR last night using the right tool ordered here. I got frustrated after trying several Nintendo Gamecube bic pen hacks, that apparently did not work. Removal was smooth and easy with the right tool. Thanks
