the weirdest thing started happening on my jura e85. it was taking a long time to produce a single cup of coffee. the java would trickle out in small amounts. the cups that it made looked normal it was just frustrating waiting so long for a single cup. my wife and i recently had a small get together and it was embarrassing telling our guest to wait a little longer for their espresso. after that i knew i had to do something. after placing my order something else started happening. when trying to produce hot water, a sputtering show of water turned directly into steam. before it was a strong stream of hot water that we used to make tea and whatnot. i thought a few decalcifications would clean the machine with a few rinse cycles. that gave no noticeable improvement. there went lost money on tablets. once my tools arrived in about 2 days, i started taking apart the machine and was relieved to take out the oval screws without any problem. the key worked amazingly!!! it turns out that the sieve in the brewing unit was clogged with oily coffee grounds, sludge of some sort, and guess what - calcium. i guess the descales weren't doing much of anything at this point. i went to work - cleaning everything: brew unit and even behind the sieve. i also changed the two o-rings and then put it all back together. it wasn't as complicated as i imagined it to be. i thought i would have to send the jura to a local service dealer, but when i made our first cups of coffee after the repairs. my wife and I knew that repair was a success. thanks to these screwdrivers i will be looking forward to having a successful cup alone or with company over the house.

needed to work with 6416 shaw firmware and a bit of cogeco firmware to install a 1tb hard drive into a 6416 III. in order to use partition editor i had to get inside and remove the internal hard drive before replacing it with a WD 1TB, couldn't have done it without this screwdriver.

My Nespresso was leaking water. To repair the water leak I tried descaling the Nespresso with cleaning tablets. It removed a good portion of calcium built up inside which was blocking the water flow. When I first got my machine 7 years ago, it was recommended by the Jura tech to do this every 180 cycles. Admittedly I probably missed a few during the years considering the calcium build up. It turns out that although this did remove good bit of calcium it did not resolve the leak. It turns out that the leak was coming from the pump. Which is why I needed to order this tool, without it I probably would still be descaling endlessly.

i have a time warner cable box on my property outside of my house and i've never used service with time warner. i needed the exact tool to open the cable box to find the coaxial wire that goes to one of my rooms that is connected with direct tv satellite cables and hook up a new satellite connection. i didn't want to have to run the satellite coaxial cables in the house when i could use the rooms existing wiring. this tool saved my life and allowed me to do just that. i am happy with it. since the box is on my property it is a good tool to keep in my tool set.

We use these for install and remove free spinning coax cable security connectors. they aren't difficult to use. and we knock several properties out with coaxial cable end fittings and terminators with the help of this tool on a normal day. i like to buy a few coaxial cable end terminator connectors for new hires. thanks for getting everything here on time and everything seems in order as normal.

i performed 1 tb hard drive upgrade in a motorola dch cable box dvr, i ordered this screwdriver bit and some anti tamper tabs and all was brand new, ship out quickly, and arrived fast. took me about 45 minutes to complete the upgrade once everything arrived. thanks.

when i was fixing a Motorola DCH70 with a broken solder weld, i used the cable box security tabs to button it up again. worked great!

it was almost impossible to access the brewing unit without removing the jura oval head screws to get to the water tank. the panels had to come off. i ordered this special tool and removed the oval head security screws. after disassemble I lubricated the jura including the o-rings. luckily they were reusable. the brew head of the jura z5 is running smoothly after repairs. Cheers
