Dear Sir, I'd purchased both the Avenger Board - MX 2005 and Tristar MX Nano Universal Cable TV Box from you about a year ago and I am sad to tell you that to-date you still unable to help me to resolve the problems that I had faced. My problem was this units not only unable to descramble my local scrambled channels but in addition, it added-in lots of white line into those normal (unscrambled, free) channels instead. I am thinking If you are taking it seriously on feedback from your customers you should at least help me to resolve this problem by telling me what goes wrong with your products.
