Great website, good price,good service and shipping. Having said that the tool was pretty much worthless. It fell apart on first usage and was not able to unlock the box. The ears did not seem to protrude enough to engage. It was a total waste of money.

I have never...EVER encountered a company that was so uninterested in doing business with it's customers.  Instead of handling their own financial transactions they go through Moneybookers who make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to actually give them money so I can buy a product.  Let me repeat that...a business that makes it IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE MONEY.  I tried jumping through hoop after hoop after hoop to purchase a simple $15.71 screw driver only to have it boil down to two main options:  one was to get my credit card verified by having a security code sent via text message to my phone...but get this...it's an international text I supposedly can't receive.  Wait a tick...other people at work AND Google Voice can't receive this mystery text either.  The other option I THINK might work is if I go to my bank and pay them $20 or $25 to WIRE them the $15.71....so if THAT is what I need to do I'll end up paying more to GET them the money than I would be paying for the product itself.  Then I tried calling MB's support and got some offshore representative who gave me that generic line about the text message being an international text and that it was why I couldn't receive it.  So when I turned around and tried to contact NewElectronx about this, whether to complain or plead with them for some OTHER way to pay for this item (again...the reluctance to take money astounds me from a customer point of view), I only get this kind of response.

What i do??? i can not buy, i need help.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, when I first got my IGO Amigo Gps, it would not even find the first address in a little town of 45,000 people that I put in it, the third week I had it, The left Arrow on the bottom that takes you back, started malfunctioning and would not work, I asked the company for a RMA # to send it back for a refund, they okayed it, but when I sent it back, exactly the way they requested I do that, they would not accept it, so the postal department sent back to me, I have all the proof and it's a matter of record through the postal department, then they wrote me later on and said they were going to close the account out, or that certain ticket whatever you want to call it, so I answered the ticket and told them just what I'm telling here now, they said that was some serious accusations and they did not believe it, but as a matter of record I did send them to proof. Now they have gave me a second RMA # to send it back the second time, and they said they have received it on November 23 which is about seven weeks ago, they have not answered or give me a refund since admitting they have received it back. I have all the proof from copying all the e-mails between the both of us,here is their e-mail from November 23 admitting they got my item back the GPS and they have not got any proof to show they have give me a refund yet seven weeks later, and not only that I have opened up two new tickets for them to show them that I have a new e-mail address that they have to contact me with now which is,l.williams1945@sbcglobal.net plus I check my tickets two and three times every day to see if they'd been answered and they have not, plus a 25% restocking fee is ridiculous. So would you please give me my money back, I bought this GPS because I found out I had cancer and I needed directions to get around San Francisco for my surgeries, I've had plenty of surgeries but no GPS thanks to this company, this is another reason I did not have time to keep contacting you, sometimes you took five days to answer my e-mails, I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason to buy anything. we will see how honest you are in posting this, and I am going to send this to the district attorney next, if I do not get my refund very very soon. This company ripped me off. They lead me on for months and then they said they had the product. They sent me an unclear email telling me I had to pay more even though I had paid months ago. When I asked for clarification, they got beligerent. They even kept the sample product I sent them. I have told everyone I know not to do business with them.

i bougth a tool but is bad quality it was expensive and i wait long time too i had a very bad experience with this company and i never buy any tool with you guys

Total rip off on overnight shipping. You charged me $50 for fedex standard overnight which for the size of the item shipped probably only cost you $15. When my item didn't arrive for 3 days you took NO responsibility and pretty much told me to get bent. I paid for OVERNIGHT because I needed it overnight. I'll nit be a reigning customer!

This item was received in a plain bag without any instructions or even an illustration on how to use it. All of my attempts to remove the cable ends with this product did not work.

We would appreciate the ability to contact you on more than one subject at a time without having to wait 72 hours for a reply on the first matter. In our case, we sent an email asking when bit handles would be back in stock. We also wanted to send an email asking why our order 12048 that was paid for on the 17th, is still in packing as of the 20th, when you promise 24 hour shipping on most orders, and to know when it is expected to ship. But alas, you will only allow us one email to you until you've responded to the first, and you give yourselves 3 days to answer that one. Very frustrating. I wish there was another way to contact you, but you force us to leave this feedback.

Ordered Terminator Locking Tool as advertised, instead received a different tool that didnt work. I feel ripped off. I emailed company and have had no response. Thank god I didnt spend alot of money.

Placed order on Dec. 11th, Order Shipped on Dec. 12th.  It is now Dec. 26th and order has not arrived yet.  I have contacted the company and their response was that it has been shipped and it not their problem at this point.  I do understand that it is comming USPS First Class, but according to the usps site First Class mail will be delivered in 2-3 days, this is now the 12th day, I've sent stuff to China through USPS that has gotten there faster, I will never order from this company again.

The remote control I purchased did not work.  It was a waste of my money.
