It is convenient to carry arround, and easily change different handles. However, the problem is that it sometimes have to spend longer time to open CSE box.

on a daily, i'm connecting and disconnecting f-connectors, taps, and filters. most of the time i'm inside pedestals and other times up a telephone pole or some other restricted area. some enclosures have been cranked tightly by the strength of Zeus and full metal 8 point slam key and 6 point pedestal key is the only way to get them open. if the lock is moderately tightened you could use the 8 point pedestal keys in standard screwdriver mode, but when they are cranked on I like to use the t-handle position for extra needed torque. this is much stronger. solidly built. can't ask for better than this. no plastic - all metal.

pro: tool works great in the field. does not strip after many uses. fits pedestals perfectly. customer service is responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. con: i couldn't buy more than 10 because they only had 9 in stock. had to make a second order 3 days later when they had the 100 pieces I needed urgently.

It would be nice if your website was a little more user friendly.

I just wanted to say the credit card security is too high for checkout. ordering at first was awful until i contacted customer service. they explained that security has to be high to ward off fraud. i'm the secretary at a small family owned telephone company that provides independent telecommunication. luckily I was able to get a copy of the credit card invoice to copy the right address into the web form, otherwise the fiber network guys wouldn't have been able to know that your cable screwdrivers are very helpful.

Wish the shipping to Canada was free. Sort of killed the GREAT deal I was getting and just made it meh. I would be interested in buying a few of these kits to be resold though, you said you offer free shipping to wholesalers? How many units would I need to purchase to qualify for this? Is the right place to ask this?

This Security bit set is very nice, except it does not open EVERYTHING! This is a great set for opening retro games/systems like NES, SNES and Sega. It will open most if not all of the game systems up to date that I have tried.... This will however not open the likes of a "Wii Nunchuk" or the 2 bottom screws on the "Xbox 360 Controller". The bits are just too fat. The tip of the bit will fit in, but it does not even get close to the screw, which is frustrating. This is a really nice security bit set for game systems. If you are getting it for "Everything Video Games", then go another route and get a set with longer and skinnier tool bits. This kit will simply not get the job done for everything the description says, which is all systems and controllers. The discription is misleading and needs to be changed so people know what they are buying. I hope this helped make your decision!

Many features from earlier Newelectronx models. Off road, gas saver optimization, itinerary planning, multiple route optimization, selection of route to avoid motorways, real time traffic alerts) are good adds. Price could be a little better. I do not want to waste my time trying to find a lower price to price reduce my purchase. Newelectronx should compare this product to high street shops and adjust the price. Otherwise, not much to complain about fortunately. So only buy if you have complete confidence in newelectronx gps.
