after the fast shipping i got my screwdriver to open a rng150n. was astonished that the screwdriver worked. it even removed a hack screw that i completely mutilated with a needle nose pliers. i'll probably need to order a replacement screw for that one screw. broke off the plastic tab, and when finished i popped the new tamper tab from set back in the rng150n. everything took a few minutes and didn't seem like work. actually it was fun and exciting. thanks for all your help.

i couldn't get my nespresso Maestria to pump water out through the nozzle. i went ahead and took the machine apart using the oval drive bit. found out the pump is broken beyond repair. ordered the spare part from nespresso and replaced it in 10 minutes.

Fast shipping. Already got the Jura Service Repair tool in the mail. It arrived at the Shop in 2 days. Looking forward to repairing a broken Capresso. I've already fixed a few broke espresso machines dropped off by a baristas. taking out the oval screws with torx bit driver went well using the handle. the magnetic tip catches the screws and keeps the ovals off the shop floor. excellent customer service and knowledge of their products.
