I e-mailed customer service immediately after I placed my order because I had accidentally chosen 4 wire quickboard instead of super j 5 wire, I was told the problem would be fixed; and it was. newelectronx replaced my error order and shipped me the 5 wire super j fast and also provided free installation downloads that told me what each wire means. so installation was simple for me. thank you!
