these were out of stock for awhile. therefore i contacted cs, asked them when it'll be back. they said they would make some & asked how many i would need. talk about priority treatment..! it took about 9 days. Joe from sales contacted me back and told me the drivers were ready for order. i didn't pay a dime more than what they cost. i was expecting a special order charge, but i was able to pay the nominal cost. everything happened fast from there. got my order in 3 days and i am loving this company. i would come back and order again. thanks!

order was delivered in less time than expected. i bought the set because it has the weird oval head screw driver. what do you know? it fits the rivet head fasteners like it should and it comes with those other tamper proof screwdrivers i've been meaning to buy a screw driver set for.

great tool kit for when working on arris cable box. there is a few tamper proof nut, that i couldn't find in my other tamper proof precision screwdriver set. shipping time was as written, 2 days using priority mail. spoke with customer service a few times before order. conversations were pleasant and accurate. i like the handle especially the torque it provides. i would like a place to store the handle to keep it from getting lost. other than that the quality build comparable to my other precision tool kit is up there. i spent twice as much on my other tool kit, which makes this a good find. the price is extremely fair. i would recommend, if i were asked about you.

following a dead internet link for "J-Tool 4.6mm 3.6mm 4.5mm Linehead 3 Security Open Cable Screwdriver" i used the search box to find this tool. a quick chat with customer service online, confirmed i was in the right placed and going to order the right tool. btw they respond pretty fast, thanks for that. got the tool in a few days with the lowest priced shipping. used the coupon and saved about $2.00 rounding up. all and all a pleasant purchase. using the tool, it was well worth the ordeal - other than the dead link.

Everything looks good, clean, and sturdy. All arrived within the quoted shipment time. All specified pieces arrived; no pieces missing. My only contention is that it seems there's no place to put an unused bit in the handle that doesn't obstruct normal ease-of-use this leads to having one bit in use and one bit off to the side — or both bits away from the handle. This leads to the potential for the loss of one or more bits. I only wish that this property of this tool was made more obvious on your site because it doesn't seem to say one way or the other on this issue. Other than my one minor complaint, everything is an A .

these stops were freely spinning around within the first week. it was insane they quickly became a nuisance to me when playing destiny or battlefront. it was awful sometimes they would turn vertically while playing and i wouldn't be able to press the trigger. I ended up buying this screwdriver set. removing the awful protection screw to pull them out. my method of removal is reversible in i need them back in the future. you can be clever when you have the right screwdriver.

this is a pro maintenance nespresso screwdriver. it appears to be the same kind baristas engineers use for repairing jura nespresso machines. i finally came across this right tool when a friend of mine referred me this way. it grabs the oval screw perfectly on every catch. not a bad investment. seems like it will last several turns.

stinky buttons and stuck thumb sticks can't always be rinsed with a tooth brush and soap water :( and i found this less expensive than sending a out of warranty controller. well it saved me time and money. i'm happy with what the screwdriver does.

My controller looks perfect again and plays even better now. I love the screwdrivers.

i was having this problem with a semi-used Vertuoline. I’ve had this machine for over three years and suddenly this morning the water went into the bottom section rather than through the spout to the cup. i tried lifting the machine from the front side to about 45 degrees, supposedly this is a solution to get the water going again. however, the pump was still making noise and after 30 seconds no water, no coffee. they call this a jura oval head tool, so i bought one. watched a YouTube video where some hack took the bottom of the machine apart. There are two plastic tubes behind this plastic compartment on the bottom of the machine toward the rear. Once open, you can see where the water isn't pumping into the motor, so to say. Pulled the two hoses off the machine and connected a syringe to the inlet. Forced water through the inlet tube and allowed it to pass through the motor. Connected one hose back to the Vertuoline, applied power and kept feeding water with the syringe to the none connected hose. Shortly thereafter the motor started to make a different noise, like it was priming. The coffee, brownish water, started to pour from the spout again. Removed the syringe, connected the tube. So far, I've did this two times, each time I leave the machine for about one or two months. Other than that, it runs like new. Saved me a hefty service charge from sending it in for repairs. Thanks a bunch.

thanks to this, i disassembled a Nespresso Cube. after 3 day delivery, i fixed the cube yesterday. it was child's play with the right screw driver. there are two themo fuses screwed onto the heating element. these were the culprit. the cost for 2 was under $5.00 delivered.

on the krups xn5005, i replaced the capacitors, thermal fuse, and relay. the two leds blinking problem has gone bye bye. works perfectly again.
