I have grasped the handle end of the J-box tool many times. Turning tool clockwise releases the latch. After the bolt is loosening without much force I can do my job to service the multiple cable subscriber connections connected inside. Thanks again for getting my key to quickly.

Been using it on an assortment of TV-40, TV-60, TV-80, TV-104, TV-106 Security Locking Devices. Luckily most of the pedestal apartment boxes have a one-piece high security bolt-style lock with specialized star key pattern - DIV 124986 2252-L. Each key purchased works / DIV 124987 2252-K. It deserves a mention.
