I found this tool set cheaper somewhere else and clicked that price match button on the website. The customer service people got back with me in about 4 hours or somewhere like that. They matched the price I gave them and then took 5 percent off that. I highly recommend that if you see a similar tool set, then tell em and get your price lowered! This is a great product AAA. I had trouble opening the box. If you are expiring the same thing. Pull the hinges in and then insert the tool in. Turn the Tool clockwise rather then counter clock till u cannot turn no more. Once it locks. Turn it anticlockwise and it should be off
