Find the hard drive and unscrew the heat sink that keep it cool. the screw for mine were on the sides and there are more screws on the bottom to remove drive altogether. I found everything I needed in the black tool box case. the t-handle helped me add a little force to remove the heat sink because there seemed to be some glue or something on there. the only thing i had to order separately is the tamper stickers. i'd like to see them in the tool box since you have the tamper clips in there. otherwise, i am happy with everything. fast shipping and good csr. I was capable of removing the lock pin from a motorola dcx3510-m dvr and replace it with a new one after repairs. it came with free dvr lock pins. about 3 plastic DVR lock bins are in the tool box. i also repaired a tvr52 sony camcorder with it as well. definitely a great find.
