Rubbing Alcohol has always been the most effective way to clean video cartridges to me. most importantly pure Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol. it is not only magical for taking off marker written prices from video games cartridge plastic coverings. its also the best way imho to clean the electrical circuits, mother boards, and most importantly those dusty electronic contacts of video games.
