Security Fastener Screw 102 piece Tamperproof Screwdriver Tool Kit Set Save 20% Write Reviewmathew R***11th June 2015(Authentic Customer Review)especially good thanks for the fast shipping to Australia, this kit contain the special screw drivers for taking apart krupps coffee makers. opened up the grind and brew by taking out the triangle screws Security Fastener Screw 102 piece Tamperproof Screwdriver Tool Kit Set Save 20% Write Reviewjoey t***12th September 2015(Authentic Customer Review)how i used the jura oval head key the weirdest thing started happening on my jura e85. it was taking a long time to produce a single cup of coffee. the java would trickle out in small amounts. the cups that it made looked normal it was just frustrating waiting so long for a single cup. my wife and i recently had a small get together and it was embarrassing telling our guest to wait a little longer for their espresso. after that i knew i had to do something. after placing my order something else started happening. when trying to produce hot water, a sputtering show of water turned directly into steam. before it was a strong stream of hot water that we used to make tea and whatnot. i thought a few decalcifications would clean the machine with a few rinse cycles. that gave no noticeable improvement. there went lost money on tablets. once my tools arrived in about 2 days, i started taking apart the machine and was relieved to take out the oval screws without any problem. the key worked amazingly!!! it turns out that the sieve in the brewing unit was clogged with oily coffee grounds, sludge of some sort, and guess what - calcium. i guess the descales weren't doing much of anything at this point. i went to work - cleaning everything: brew unit and even behind the sieve. i also changed the two o-rings and then put it all back together. it wasn't as complicated as i imagined it to be. i thought i would have to send the jura to a local service dealer, but when i made our first cups of coffee after the repairs. my wife and I knew that repair was a success. thanks to these screwdrivers i will be looking forward to having a successful cup alone or with company over the house. It would happen several times through out the week. Called the service center and they would instruct me to remove the whole drawer assembly and remove the ground bucket. and then insert the assembly without the ground bucket. this successfully worked the first few times, but then it stopped working. finally had to give in and buy the key to take off the oval screws and panel to clean it. it turns out that being dirty inside the block and the bean hopper sensor glued with gunk. took me about 1 hour to dismantle the machine and another 2 hours to clean out all the coffee grim and calcium. the machine is working great after all that. thanks Security Fastener Screw 102 piece Tamperproof Screwdriver Tool Kit Set Save 20% Write ReviewPaulo C***19th August 2015(Authentic Customer Review)error 8 i had error on my jura capresso impressa x90 purchased at costco 3.5 years ago. so its fairly out of warranty. to escape the problem i would pull the power plug out the wall for a few minutes to allow the machine to reset. worked perfectly for a long time. the dumping motor started making repeated cycles which was weird and then the error 8 would reappear. it wasn't until i worked out opening the machine and cleaning the sludge built up and dust that i got the machine working at 90% again. thanks for shipping the screwdrivers quickly. that was great help. Security Fastener Screw 102 piece Tamperproof Screwdriver Tool Kit Set Save 20% Write ReviewCarter T***02nd September 2015(Authentic Customer Review)jura oval head key stainless steel the problem started off and on about a few weeks ago. my Capresso LCD stays on displaying that Hot water cycle necessary - needs attention? it would not make coffee. the only thing i could get out of it was a drop of clear water and air. i bought these tools to get pass this brewing stage. this tool set is awesome it had everything i would ever want to dismantle a C1300. once i opened the side panels of the jura machine i could see air pockets in the water line. seemed like the air bubbles were coming from the solenoid through the heater block. i opened the hot water tap, making sure to remove the end of water line connecting directly to the solenoid and heater block. at the solenoid portion of the water line is where i bleed air out. following the air was calcium deposits, coffee brew grounds, and a bit of sludge. putting the machine back together with the screwdriver set i replaced the oval head screws on the back. powered the jura up and ran a few descales. after that i brewed up a few cups and fine tasting espressos. Although it would be nice to offer a lifetime guarantee. I'd rate the handle very good but not perfect. There are some keen features in the handle that I love: T-handle, torque, magnetized, and comfort. The screwdrivers didn't give in when using a lot of force. The steel shanks seem to be well-anchored in the handles and hold the screwdriver sturdy. after four full weeks using most of the set on high end beverage equipment, it seems to hold up well.
