I fixed this hazard, cleaned the inside as much as i could and then ran a clr rinse. working fine now. Not easy to pick it up and turn it upside down. the grinder can handle some grinds as i Have tried adding some beans yet in all it still won't grind away. tried cleaning the grinder out with a computer vacuum cleaner as much as i could without taking it apart - that didn't fix the problem. after refilling the beans it still had the same message. It grinds, but nothing is making it into the press area. it wasn't until i ordered this jura oval key that i was able to clean out the grinder and entire espresso machine. you wouldn't believe the calcium build up you are drinking daily. everyone should own one of these. if not to clean beans out, more so to clean out mold and calcium build up. I needed four different torx hexagonal and an oval unique screwdriver bit to remove all the screws. pricing them separately was more than the cost of this screwdriver set that has everything that I needed; and then some. once received i removed oval screws and hexagonal torx screw from the top back and side panels. emptied the bean water and the water tray. with the right screwdrivers i was able to avoid dismantling the coffee grinder and its hopper. this allowed me to keep the hopper rubber seals. All in all the repair went swell and I couldn't have pulled it off without the torx and oval screwdriver. so thank you for that. With or without the caffeine I love the taste. It like a pregnancy craving; and the taste of the coffee that I’ve brewed with saeco was great. Loved it, loved it, loved it. until i had both lights descaling and alarm light flashing slow. The machine was easy to use and looked pretty darn cool sitting there on my counter, but at this point it wouldn't work. i tried to reset the descaling by pressing the steam button for 10 seconds, but the lights didn't turn off. When I would turn the steam valve to steam, steam goes out the tube but I couldn't switch to hot water by pressing the button. This huge issue was going to take some encouragement to my espresso back in my cup. using the screwdrivers i checked to see if the door or drawer was open. i cleared the exclamation light by taking all of the piece out the machine: water tank, dump box, brew unit, and bean hopper lid. i made sure that the water tank was turned to the neutral close position at about 9 o clock. i waited for 30 seconds for the saeco to reset all of the sensors. then i re-inserted all the pieces one at a time making sure that the water tank was full. that cleared the exclamation light. when the steam light wasn't lit i did a reprime. next i turned open the steam knob and received a steady steam of water - that fixed the descaling light. after fiddling with the knob a bit. now the espresso starts dripping again. just in time for a thirsty coffee drinker like myself. Removing the oval head bolts with the extraction tool, i could see the membrane regulator located just to the left of the pump. Completely corroded from water spewing out around the area. Cleaned the corroded metal, plastic, and Replaced the o-rings. the baristas tech informed me that the fix would cost $185.00 just to inspect the Jura Capresso Impressa F7 and that 30% of this money would go toward the repair and parts. The SAMPLE coffee at the store tasted amazing and better than the Pixie. i've had the Tassimo AND the Keurig, but this made better espressos. Any ways the crema got manufactured and wouldn't foam up and the water temp wasn't as hot. I used this oval head screwdriver from this set to remove the nespresso oval screws to fix it.
