I tried to open it up myself, but the security screw was in my way. Not wanting to pay for Jura Espresso repairs and shipping, I looked for months in stores and online to find a screwdriver that would work with it, but eventually gave up. Recently, I found someone on a website talking about this screwdriver in this set that can unscrew it, so I went to the link and got the set. I finally got the screw driver and went through the tool box. one of the screwdrivers in the set actually worked. It was called the n-usa-o. I unscrewed the security screw and fixed that clog making the coffee maker unusable. If you would like to order yourself a set if your Jura is broke or if your high end coffee maker breaks in the future, you will not be sorry with the screw driver set. It is said that whenever you are dealing with fresh milk automatic coffee machines, one has to ensure a number of things are taken care of to ensure the continual working of the milk frother and Jura coffee machines are no different. That being said, I speculate as to if its that simple. Which is why I need to open up the machine with a oval head key and take the shell off for a closer look. I've been trying some of the YouTube suggestions to no avail. Running water into it, putting it in the shower, blowing water into the brewer, and all sorts of remedies that people have put on film claiming to have fixed their jura. so far i have used the oval head key to take the sides off and i can see a build up residue on the shell and brewer. i haven't yet found the issue to fix my coffee maker, i just took a break to get my mind straight and let you know the coffee screwdriver works great and thank you for the fast delivery. The Nespresso Oval Tool worked great. The problem started when we tried to make coffee without the carafe filter (or whatever) underneath and grounds filled the brew group and water reservoir. We thought everything had been cleaned from the initial incident but the Nespresso would only steam and little drips of water into the cup while attempting to make espressos. when I opened the Nespresso maker with the Oval screwdriver I removed the hidden grounds clogging the hose and brew group. I found 2 oval pan head screws, kind of rounded - that's were I used the oval screwdriver bit. located a fuse (micro fuse) - tested it with my meter and turns out that was stopping my Cafamosa from brewing hot water. Easy fix, hard to get to without the right screwdrivers. It's a pain, but it can be done. I don't recommend this, because I've heard that Capresso USA will refuse to service a machine that comes in without the original screws. With using a needle nose you can't be sure to be careful enough to replace the original screws without hiding the tampering marks. I found using the OEM oval screwdriver is much better and it doesn't strip out the screws. Not to mention thanks for the Fast delivery; appropriately packaged item received.
