I managed to open it up using the oval screwdriver inside the set. I couldn't believe how easy the oval screw on the machine quickly came out. I managed to dismantle the Nespresso with no problem. While inside I fixed the dreaded water issue, you know the one water-not-drawing. I used a technique by forcing air and then water into the drum pump; and I replaced the rubber seals. I found the Ferrari of espresso restaurant machines - a high end quality espresso machine. I presume that the storage lot belonged to a restaurant supply store. There was allot of equipment in that lot that was relatively similar to what you see in Starbucks.We all know what high performance means - that's right high maintenance :( I tried taking the machine to a few service companies to get it checked out. Turns out there were a few issues that I needed to take care of before my first brewed cup because the espresso machine was sitting idle for so long that apparently it had several issues that needed to be addressed.After searching I found a factory that gave me a hit list on exactly what was wrong with the machine. It read like a rap sheet; it listed all the things that were wrong with the machine. Thank goodness the shop was friendly enough to provide me a list of the parts needed, because I couldn't afford their service charges and hourly rates. After they helped me source parts, which wasn't that expensive going through them. I ordered my own tool kit here.This is a first class operation. They are quick with follow ups - a response came within minutes of leaving my question. Lots of expert advice. Not to mention friendly, and I would say for what I received the tool kit is reasonably priced. I also got some expert advice. Everything is looking good so far, the tools work amazingly well and I am still waiting for a few parts to come in, so thought I would take this time to leave my story. Not bad for buying a commercial machine on the cheap. I had problem with a clogged tube on my coffee maker - one way valve. The screws for the base plate are security screws. Which are basically star-shaped with a metal post in the middle. I disturb descaling once year as recommended and all of sudden this year it is leaking. Water would not come out of the spout, it just leaked from the bottom. Nespresso wanted $147 to repair it or $100 off a newer model. I love aesthetic of this model so much that I went out and bought the screwdriver to repair it myself. The repair wasn't hard and it was a success. All it takes is using the right screwdriver and then once opened fit it with a new cheap o ring, mainly the ones used for high pressure water at your local hardware store. I would recommend this screwdriver. I was having a problem with my Ena 3. From my searching I've found that the problem is likely fine grounds stuck in the chute and that if you open it up you can get at this area from where the fill powder chute connects, but I couldn't figure out how to get the top and side panels off. Someone told me that this screwdriver set had the grinder key to remove the top and sides panels of the Ena3 to get the grounds stuck in the chute. These screwdriver are as advertised and now I would recommend them because I have removed all of the top screws and the logo button on the back, and got to the ground chute to thoroughly clean it out.
