I disturb descaling once year as recommended and all of sudden this year it is leaking. Water would not come out of the spout, it just leaked from the bottom. Nespresso wanted $147 to repair it or $100 off a newer model. I love aesthetic of this model so much that I went out and bought the screwdriver to repair it myself. The repair wasn't hard and it was a success. All it takes is using the right screwdriver and then once opened fit it with a new cheap o ring, mainly the ones used for high pressure water at your local hardware store. I would recommend this screwdriver. I was having a problem with my Ena 3. From my searching I've found that the problem is likely fine grounds stuck in the chute and that if you open it up you can get at this area from where the fill powder chute connects, but I couldn't figure out how to get the top and side panels off. Someone told me that this screwdriver set had the grinder key to remove the top and sides panels of the Ena3 to get the grounds stuck in the chute. These screwdriver are as advertised and now I would recommend them because I have removed all of the top screws and the logo button on the back, and got to the ground chute to thoroughly clean it out. To repair the water leak I tried descaling the Nespresso with cleaning tablets. It removed a good portion of calcium built up inside which was blocking the water flow. When I first got my machine 7 years ago, it was recommended by the Jura tech to do this every 180 cycles. Admittedly I probably missed a few during the years considering the calcium build up. It turns out that although this did remove good bit of calcium it did not resolve the leak. It turns out that the leak was coming from the pump. Which is why I needed to order this tool, without it I probably would still be descaling endlessly.
