Two days later I had a mail saying order had been despatched and I checked the tracking number. This was a parcel reference number, I tried their site but the parcel number wasn't recognized. But the delivery turned up next day on that tracking number, so parcel website must be a bit delayed. Anyway items were exactly as ordered, Now I can easily modify and repair gaming consoles! They very quickly responded to me and told me that I ordered the wrong set for my cable TV box and should have ordered the Professional toolkit that had my specific bit. But, instead of having me return the kit I ordered and pay the restocking fee, they suggested that I just pay the difference between the two sets, and they would just send me the bits that would make it a Professional set. After receiving a satisfactory resolution to my problem from Customer Service, I found that the payment service they use, Skrill, refused to accept my credit card payment unless I provided additional identification certifying that I am the credit card holder. Ironically, I am attempting to use the same credit card that I used to purchase the original product. They are now requesting color scanned copies of my Driver's License and copies of bills showing my address and account numbers with other companies. I am not typically a suspicious person, but when a company suddenly wants a copy of my driver's license and other confidential information, I start suspecting that anything I send them might be used for identity fraud. I am not about to risk someone from this company using my confidential information to commit identity fraud for a $15 product. So, I am returning the product I purchased from them, and I am not planning to purchase anything from them in the future. Too bad, it seemed like a good company.
