I ordered the Gamebit screwdriver bit set so that I could access my cable TV box. When I received the set, it didn't come with the exact bit I needed to access the box, so I e-mailed Technical Support. They very quickly responded to me and told me that I ordered the wrong set for my cable TV box and should have ordered the Professional toolkit that had my specific bit. But, instead of having me return the kit I ordered and pay the restocking fee, they suggested that I just pay the difference between the two sets, and they would just send me the bits that would make it a Professional set. I was very impressed that they understood my problem and offered me an inexpensive way to resolve my issue rather than just following a predefined process.Kudos to Newelectronx and their responsive support staff. The eBay auction doesn't tell you that to open the router you need a security screwdriver which is size T8 Torx. I ordered this screwdriver kit from Newelectronx to open the Netgear router. I am happy with the purchase because the tool set allowed me to install the Dual Band kit. I ran a full 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water solution through a modified keurig pod. it took a really long time - longer than normal. Next I dumped a tablespoon of baking soda in the modded pod with another hot vinegar solution, which caused the baking soda to foam and clean nicely. That pod brewed very fast and i thought I got the clog out. Turns out only a portion of the clog came out because the brew slowed down again. I think this all started from using an expired pod? Hmm. Next I opened the keurig with the help of this screwdriver kit. Found a gross portion of molded grounds in a small clear hose. I removed it and blew air through it and watch the greenish-brown slug come out the other end. after reassemble, so i ran the hot vinegar, water, and baking soda solution through again. Followed that with a fresh 50/50 vinegar and water solution through, which was fast and clear - going to to plain water. installed a legit non expired keurig pod and now i have coffee! The kit is pretty complete EXCEPT for the gmaebit and the Pioneer bit, etc. READ THE PARTS LIST NOT JUST THE DESCRIPTION AS I DID.
