If you have then you know the little security caps will break. before we can receive credit for a fixed cable box, it is necessary that we don't crack them off. the tampering piece has to be replaced on every refurbished field pull. i like to purchase mine here since they are always new. i used to get them off another guy on the cheap, but his are field pulls and they normally crack upon insertion. and availability was only when he recycled some Motorola cable boxes. these are always in stock. i like the fact that they are brand new and prices here can't be argued with. especially when you buy in bulk.
