The 1st time I ordered, I ordered 12 items thru regular mail. It was a nightmare and took about 10 emails, to which I received automated responses. No human would call or interact with me, which really pissed me off. I eventually got the tools a month later. The second time (recently), I ordered and paid for 2nd day air service. I got the tools in 4 days. The tools are fine. The customer service sucks. Plain and simple.
