You are definitely a necessity in the communication technicians tool bag. We really enjoy using your tools. The T-Handle is not preferred, but the security bits are great. We just use our own magnetic screwdrivers in our bag, they have a stronger pull to support the weight of the tool. But over all I would say you are doing a GREAT job. Love the handle; major improvement over the other brand, and they're magnetic and can be switched out between three position. I started off with a test order. Ordering something under $20 in case anything went south. $20 isn't a huge lost opposed to spending hundreds, was my thinking at the time. Once my first order arrived, I would have to say I was shocked. I thought this would be a scam of some sort. In the underground utility business you meet all sorts of scam artists. The product was better than the usual that I am used to in this industry. There isn't much plastic, in fact it is all metal with a screwdriver that provides torque without using a wrench, that's convenient to me and some of the guys in my fleet. Fast forward to 2017, I'm still ordering, but in larger amounts. As my company grows so do my orders. Any ways, I just want to drop ya'll a line and say keep on doin what you do, your the best!
