suttle experience, no problems
great tool kit for when working on arris cable box. there is a few tamper proof nut, that i couldn't find in my other tamper proof precision screwdriver set. shipping time was as written, 2 days using priority mail. spoke with customer service a few times before order. conversations were pleasant and accurate. i like the handle especially the torque it provides. i would like a place to store the handle to keep it from getting lost. other than that the quality build comparable to my other precision tool kit is up there. i spent twice as much on my other tool kit, which makes this a good find. the price is extremely fair. i would recommend, if i were asked about you.

Good set, very complete
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the handle of the screwdriver doesn't have a place in the box. So now I have the box with all the different screws but the handle is just laying around with no place to properly store it. Other than that, fast shipping, well protected and looks like nice quality.

This is an amazing screwdriver set with the pentalob head to remove and fasten the screws on the DVR. it was a surprise to get free black tamper pieces of plastic. i would hover like to see the blue tamper proof sticker included in this kit. this time around i bought it separately. that still doesn't take away from how awesome the tool set is. that being said, the shipping and customer service were wonderful. i would recommend buying here, and furthermore, myself, would buy here again. thank you for the pleasant purchasing experience. im confident that this screwdriver set will continue to help me for years to come.

dvr hard drive screwdriver
on the back of the cable tv dvr recorder there's these funky screws. this tool has a piece in it that opened dvr recorder to allow for a larger hard drive to be installed. using a 1TB i've got more storage space now and i can record more shows. it also stopped the dvr from locking up and freezing.

open a Motorola DVR
without this special screwdriver i would have been able to replace the smaller hard drive on a starchoice dsr530 hard drive with a bigger one. the tool box has the motorola driver bit to take apart the box. it also has the rubber plastic that breaks when you remove the lid. once you have the screwdriver and special tools, All there is to do is to just unscrew security screw to remove the casing. Find the hard drive and unscrew the heat sink that keep it cool. the screw for mine were on the sides and there are more screws on the bottom to remove drive altogether. I found everything I needed in the black tool box case. the t-handle helped me add a little force to remove the heat sink because there seemed to be some glue or something on there. the only thing i had to order separately is the tamper stickers. i'd like to see them in the tool box since you have the tamper clips in there. otherwise, i am happy with everything. fast shipping and good csr.

i was looking for something a little bit more than the standard proprietary screwdriver set. most i've seen didn't have what i needed. however, this one came with the screwdriver to open Motorola DVR or any other DVR. I was capable of removing the lock pin from a motorola dcx3510-m dvr and replace it with a new one after repairs. it came with free dvr lock pins. about 3 plastic DVR lock bins are in the tool box. i also repaired a tvr52 sony camcorder with it as well. definitely a great find.

needed something I could count on
There different manufacturers who sell 100 piece anti vandal bit sets for under $13.00 The problem is, after reading the reviews most say stripped after first use, holes are off centered, holes aren't drilled in the inserts. Looking for something I could actually use and count on to work. Using this set several times now with a reasonable amount of torque, I am satisfied with this set.

the motorola dct has those tapered torx nuts like the old CFT2014 V5 from jerrold. i found this tool box took them off without issues. also the extra protection tabs are great to have around to replace the plastic piece when screwing everything back together.
