The N Tamper Proof Terminator Tool is ready to use out of the box. It can unlock many popular terminators. Perform more duties easily, efficiently, and quickly. The locking terminators take up less space in the tool pouch. Not only does the locking terminator tool save space in the field techs pouch; the terminator feature solid steel ears and a heat treated construction. The locking terminator tools are built to work with traps, F Series terminators, F fittings, and filters. The locking terminator tool is very light and durable.

Combination locking terminating tools can open Gilbert NS-Series terminators with this terminator (A and B) and also LTT style terminators. Two terminating tools integrated into one versatile tool. One tool that can handle a majority of the popular terminators found in the field. The locking terminator tools will engage quickly and smoothly into the terminator and remove it swiftly.

To use a terminator tool:

Simply pull down on the handle ring (or actuator) to retract the metal ears or metal tabs
Insert the terminator tool into the terminator and release the handle ring (or actuator)
Twist the terminator tool either clock wise or counter clockwise to lock or unlock the terminator from the enclosure or terminator locked box. Receive maximum torque when the terminator tool is used with the Triple Thr3at Nextwizt Magnetic Handle

These terminator tools are offered in a universal length. Offering maximum flexibility and reaching tight location terminators. This tool helps to aid me in terminating broadband jacks with TR75GATL TERMINATOR,F-TERMINATOR,COAX,GILBERT CAM STYLE,LOCKING with RESISTOR. My group would be reluctant to remove interference in the signal; a known problem with high speed cable modems.

how to remove a coaxial cable with a socket over it

I tried to ghetto remove it with a nail and pliers. no joy. my landlords cable modem and basically every other cable output in the apartment isn't open. there are these security sockets every where. this is what one fee for internet, cable and all utilities gets. everyone's room is like this, but i needed to connect some other stuff for personal reasons. talked to my landlord about it and the scheduled appointment was too far for me to wait on them. i asked if i got the tool could i do it myself, she basically said "yeah" if you can find it. and added its expensive. so here i am removing the taplocks with my own tool. the female end required the special tool to slide in the middle. and has locking clips that clip into place on the inside, to turn the inner barrel. it works great and it wasn't as expensive as she led me to believe and the delivery was faster than waiting on my landlord maintenance person to do it.

how do i remove comcast trap filter myself? it is a very good question that i was asking for legal reasons. our first home purchase came with a little more problems than i anticipated. even the smallest problem sometimes seemed like a mountain. take for instance installing satellite over cable. i've had two installers out that said they don't have the right tool to remove a secured splitter from the main telecom junction box. they said if they had to remove it would cost an additional ____ i left the price blank because they all said a different price within $2 to $10 range. it was actually cheaper to find the tool myself online and remove the splitter myself. one less question to be asking, satellite is installed, and one step closer to enjoying my our home.

great terminator lock key - won't break!

Fiber technician in the CATV business here. Working for Spectrum, I specialize in commercial and residential fiber set ups. Seems like Kansas City Kansas market is plagued with terminator locks that are tough to remove. They won't come off without using wd40 and even then the cheap terminator key break. The market is flooded with these cheap tools and they all bend and break with just the slightest stuck terminator lock. I need one that wont bend when i have a difficult lock to twist off and this one does this trick. I have sense recommended you. keep up the good work.

in Computer networking, sometimes we have to move existing communications systems to make room for new access points and to avoid cables crossing in front or behind each other. The PDI Incorporated PTP-59 security terminator requires this hollow shaft with two pin ears to go inside the terminator. we use it to restrict access. The hollow shaft has two notches in it to engage in the internal mechanism of the terminator. The quality of this tool is magnificent. Everything was great. i received the order super fast. packaged very well inside was the mainline tap tool. so far i have used it for internet repair. first off i properly capped a tap to prevent rf intrusion. installed a new rg-6 direct cable. doing so increases steaming speeds. a good tool that does allot. thanks.

very good catv security cable box key for removing coaxial barrel lock. been using it to remove and install daily on the cable line. without this, my job wouldn't pleasant seeing as the outer part twists while the inner part won't twist without the barrell key.
