During secure electronic payments, Newelectronx will use the billing PPU address (none postal address) registered with the card holders payment institution (credit card or bank account) to verify that the current customer is the owner of the payment method being used at checkout. It is best to contact your credit card or bank to update your address prior to purchase to avoid checkout issues.

The secure gateway system will process your order pending that the address verification system can verify the billing address of the person claiming to own the credit card or bank account.

The shipping (delivery) address can either be your billing address or an alternative delivery address. Keep in mind - a buyer can't use a PO BOX as a billing address. Contact your payment institution to add a PPU to the account for verification purposes. Orders attempting to use PO BOXes for billing addresses will be rejected. A physical address (or PPU address) is required in the billing address field to avoid rejections. Please see our other helpful tips about addresses and kindly read our company policy.
