Add items to your Shopping Cart
Placing an order on Newelectronx is easy. Search for the product you need. When you found the product you need, add it to your shopping cart. Once you've found what you're looking for, simply click "Buy" on the product page (your Shopping Cart is where you put anything you're interested in buying). Pressing Buy will add the product to your shopping cart. Click checkout to begin the checkout process. Complete the required information in the shipping and billing sections.

Choose a Shipping Address (if different from payment address)
Prior to altering the shipping address please ensure that the shipping address complies with our policy. You select where you want your packages shipped. To avoid delays, double-check all your shipping information to make sure it's complete and accurate. 

If you have a user account with us then you can visit your account. Update or delete any shipping address by going to your account and clicking modifying your address book. Any addresses added here have to be updated at your payment processor as well, especially if you use PayPal (if you select PayPal for payment).

Choose a Shipping Method
Select the delivery company and shipping method that best suits you to ensure your order arrives when you need it to. You control and determine the shipping time of your order at purchase by your selection of the delivery company and shipping method. Your Ship-To (Shipping Detail) Address
Do all the names and numbers look right? If your order is shipping to a building, have you included a building name, suite number or buzzer code where needed? Your shipping details should conform to our online policy prior to entering it.

Your Shipping Speed
Have you chosen the shipping option that's best for you? You ultimately decide on how fast or slow you will receive your parcel or package when purchasing with newelectronx.com. Make sure you select the correct shipping method (delivery company and shipping type) that is tolerable to your level of patients and within the specified (estimated) time in which you desire to receive the package. We recommend that you DO NOT select a delivery company and shipping method that will have you asking the following question simply because the value of the shipping price is low: Why doesn't my tracking number work? Choose responsibly and take responsibility for your selection.

Your Payment Method
Have you entered the correct credit card information, including card number, expiry date, and/or CVV number? Does your billing address match what's on your monthly credit card statement? Process your order
When you're ready to complete your order, click the appropriate hyperlink button to place your order. Soon after submitting your order, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail and be returned to our order confirmation page. We highly suggest that you print this page and that you save the confirmation email for future reference.

Track your order
Once we've shipped your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes pertinent information about your order. You can use your order id number to view or track the status of your order.
